Hello. Welcome to February, the month of love, longing, and breakfasts. Are you a writer, poet, artist, or can you conjure magic? Have you birthed a creative piece of fiction, nonfiction, prose, art or a fascinating magical work, and are looking for magazines that would accept and pay for your works?
We all know sourcing for magazines to submit works to can be a herculean task for most writers. Getting a magazine that pays for submitted works is even more complicated, as writers would rather spend their time filling blank pages with the golden fruits of their imaginations.
Or counting down to Buhari’s tenure. Or hugging rejection letters. Or being retired sunflowers. Or learning the channels and canals that run through their lover’s body. Or reading beautiful sentences and weeping for joy. or or… the list of what writers prefer doing is longer than valentine’s day shopping list.
I digress. We are aware of the aforementioned challenge and have decided to do the scouting for you, provide you with homes that would appreciate and reward your work. If you have creative works and are looking for places (with February deadlines) to submit to, check out these ten places below.
