How Flowers at the Roadside Drench in Dust by Azaiouris Y. Zeon

it happens when

we open ourselves and wrapped our arms around

a desert in search of an oasis.

but before a flower is drenched in dust

it forgets to stay in its own lane,

the way I hugged a girl on my school dormitory

& lost my arms inside her body.
