The Hilltop Creative Arts Foundation is currently calling on its members, nationwide, to submit their works for consideration in its first ever anthology.

“Since our initial plan, two or three years ago, of publishing anthologies for individual branches didn’t blossom, we want to begin the THE HCAF ANTHOLOGY, bi-annually, begining from this year. It is exclusively for HCAF members and will consist of two books on the genres of Poetry and Short story. It shall be competitive…” —BM Dzukogi

Members are instructed to make submissions to the branches they identify with. The preliminary selection would be carried out by each branch. The qualified works would be compiled and edited before its final submission to the national committee.

General Guidelines

Each branch must set up a 4-man committee (two for poetry and short story each) to select and edit the works of its members, for subsequent submission by the chairmen or persons.

Selected works shall be made known to members of each branch before submission to the nationals. Branch submissions are not automatic entries to the anthology.

Unfit works would be dropped without any reservations.

The deadline for submissions to branches is 4th March, 2024 while the deadline for submission by branches to the national is 4th April, 2024.
