Arts Lounge Magazine is pleased to welcome Sharon Okey-Onyema to as our Literary Writer/Editor.

Sharon Onyinyechukwu Okey-Onyema is a Nigerian writer and editor working creative across narrative fiction, film and stage plays. She holds editorial experience at literary publications including Vocivia
Magazine and The Muse: A Journal of English and Literary Studies. Her literary works have been published online, and her magical realist novella, Hunting Tears, was longlisted for the 2017 ANA/Abubakar Gimba Short Story Award. She has since judged the James Baldwin Prize and attended residencies including the ANA Ken Saro-Wiwa International Writers' Residency and the Kokonut Head Writers-in-Residence Program.
