Long View Systems Corp. is hiring for the post of Technical Architect to join its team. Leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL development, integrations, Azure services, Power Platform, and Microsoft cloud technologies, you will define and lead the technical architecture for business transformation initiatives across a diverse range of industries.

You will work closely with clients, Functional Architects, Solution Architects, Developers, and delivery teams to design secure, scalable, supportable, and future-ready solutions that maximize business value while minimizing technical debt.

Applications are open until a suitable candidate is employed. Once employed, the candidate is to do the following:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops
  • Design and govern end-to-end Business Central technical architectures
  • Define application extensibility strategies leveraging:
  • Architect integrations between Business Central and:
  • Design secure and scalable data integration patterns utilizing:
  • Lead technical solution reviews and code governance activities
  • Define development standards, branching strategies, release management, and DevOps processes
  • Provide guidance on performance optimization, system scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with Functional Architects and Solution Architects to align business requirements with technical designs
  • Support data migration architecture and conversion strategies
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including estimates, architecture reviews, technical demonstrations, Statements of Work, and solution planning
  • Mentor developers and consultants while contributing to technical practice development
  • Stay current on Business Central, Copilot, AI, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Cloud platform advancements.

Depending on the agreement and the qualification of the applicant, the salary is between $106,400 – $139,650. To be eligible, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
  • 5+ years designing enterprise ERP technical architectures
  • Multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
  • Experience designing integrations between Business Central and external applications
  • Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
  • Microsoft Azure Certifications (Architect, Developer, Integration, or DevOps)
