The Oliewenhuis Art Museum is open for application for Solo Exhibitions Proposal from artists. This position is open to only South African visual artists. Residents who have interests in Arts can apply for it.
Oliewenhuis Art Museum in Bloemfontein, an outpost of the Iziko network of national museums, invites South African visual artists to submit proposals for solo exhibitions to be placed on its exhibition calendar, with a four‑year planning horizon.
The Museum covers the cost of transporting and insuring accepted artworks within South Africa, and artists are expected to attend the opening and a related walkabout.
Applications are accepted year round. To be eligible, you must be a South African visual artist from any particular province.
