Arts Lounge wishes to announce that the first issue of the Cradle Poetry Anthology, Which will comprise all the outstanding entries received in this year’s contest will be published in print, September, 2020.

We hope that this book will go on to become an instructional material, and a way of motivating our students to take poetry seriously, thereby making our work as teachers easy. We have decided to also add the recommended poems by WAEC to this issue, alongside original and exceptional analysis from teachers all over the country. 

In light of this, we are making a call to Literature and English teachers, to send us reviews and analysis of the recommended poems by WAEC, to be published alongside this issue in September. We hope to feature the best entries as contributors of the anthology.
