We are pleased to announce the shortlisted poets for the inaugural Cradle Poetry Contest for secondary school students. We apologize for the delay in the release of this announcement. We received an overwhelming number of entries, and the quality of the poems were astonishing. We acknowledge the effort of every child who has participated in this year’s contest, and we intend to publish all long-listed poems in an anthology which will be released later this year.

We urge shortlisted students to direct family and friends to their featured Video on our YouTube channel for views, as number of views will affect the final decision on winners of the prize.

Very good blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any tips? Thank you!|
