Writers seeking representation in literary and commercial fiction have a new opportunity as Carla Briner, literary agent at the Anna Jarota Agency, is currently open to submissions.
With nearly two decades of experience in publishing, Briner has worked across foreign rights, editorial, and literary representation. She represents authors writing in both English and French and is actively looking for literary fiction, narrative nonfiction, crime novels, hybrid fiction, and realistic speculative fiction.
Briner is particularly interested in manuscripts that combine a distinctive voice with compelling storytelling and emotionally complex characters.
