Calgary Exhibition and Stampede Limited is hiring for the role of Education Coordinator to join its team. The role provides professional development and leadership opportunities, a variety of unique projects, program design experience, connections to the education and broader community, and the opportunity to impact students and teachers across the city.

Applications are currently open and will close on August 25, 2026. Applicants must be graduates of Education, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, have a thorough understanding of administrative processes and procedures, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.

Successful applicants will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the OH Ranch Education Program, including class and facilitator scheduling.
  • Develop and coordinate education events and experiences in collaboration with the Education Team.
  • Support the operational execution of Calgary Stampede Education Programs, including use of Stampede’s business operating system.
  • Lead database management, program material development and acquisition, reporting, participant communications, and stakeholder communications with support from the Education Team.
  • Nurture positive relationships with teachers, principals, students, volunteers, sponsors, donors, partners, vendors, and other key community stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback with fellow coordinators and strengthening Stampede education programs as community leaders.
  • Support budget planning, accountability, and maximization.
